SHOW ROOM IN THE C.I.B. 

(CULINARY INSTITUT BARCELONA)

The C.I.B. CULINARY INSTITUT BARCELONA is the only private haute cuisine school focused exclusively on creativity and innovation led by Pep Nogué, prestigious and media chef.
 
INNOVAFISH has signed a collaboration agreement with the CIB thanks to which we become
"CIB OFFICIAL SPOSOR".
Under our collaboration agreement, we have transferred a PROTON machine to the CIB for use by its students and as a SHOW-ROOM so that those interested in this technology can get to know it closely and can experience the freezing of its products, checking on site all its advantages.
 
Likewise, we will carry out various activities such as freezing workshops, conferences, show-cooking, tastings and specific events of the PROTON brand.
