The CTAEX, CENTRO TECNOLOGICO AGROALIMENTARIO DE EXTREMADURA,
(AGROALIMENTARY TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER OF EXTREMADURA, Spain) wants to apply this technology in the Projects and Research that he will develop with his clients and for this reason, we have signed a Collaboration Agreement for the joint development of PROTON ® technology in different products to be investigated.

Thanks to this agreement, we jointly develop any technical aspect related to food and PROTON technology:
added value of products frozen with PROTON, studies of their useful life, development of packaging for frozen products, marketing routes and market niche for these products, etc.
With ASEPROAL we carry out complete advice for the improvement of your frozen products as well as the freezing lines existing in your business.
PROTON, together with ASEPROAL, will help you find new ways to develop your frozen products, innovating on these products thanks to research at the laboratory and / or pilot plant level, the results of which can be extrapolated to industrial process lines.
They can also help you find funding for our freezers and defrosters thanks to the realization of projects in R & D eligible for the PROTON technology.
